Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded Programs - Elliott Hulse & Mike Westerdal

If you're like me, you can enjoy lifting weights and doing heart on a regular basis to maintain a healthy body. A few of the reasons that may keep me interested throughout most of my exercise is to maintain a healthy weight, look good, and keep my immune system strong.

I've noticed in my early 20 I used to work very bored with it after about 8 weeks cannot figure out why. I just got to a certain point and then I just got fed up with going to the gym.
I would like to take off about 2 weeks and then go back, and are usually weaker than they were before. I tried to find out why I would like to exercise religiously for a few months and then just quit. When it comes down to that the main problem really just bored with my routine

Has always kept a workout log at work because every time you go to the gym I want to see how many repetitions, and how weight is used more than in the previous week, and then increase the weight and repetition in my following week.

This is a great way to motivate yourself and keep track of your results and you can be surprised how much you stronger after only two months of the exercise as long as you pay yourself each session.

Despite keeping a record of the workout has always motivated me to push myself in the gym in order to better see the results of each session was never enough to keep me going once hit a plateau some. Noticed that after about 8 weeks of exercises himself could not lift any weights more or do any more than a repetition of last week

It was the last thing that puzzled me because I was not sore after my workouts after about 8 weeks either. Why was so bored with my routine and the reason I did not get any stronger reason to hit a plateau with my current routine and many experts say you should switch your routine every 4-8 weeks because getting used to doing the same exercises and muscle fatigue after a period of time.

I think it's crazy to think that my muscles memory and the same exercises over and over again does not stimulate after a period of time. I do not know about you but I'm not a big fan of change when it comes to the routine of my country.
