One of the most misunderstood concepts in the world of muscle building is the protein drink. I remember when I first started supplementing my diet with protein shakes. He asked some of my friends if you've noticed any differences in my training like I was on steroids or something. If that was the only time has raised similar questions, and I would not worry too much, but because they are very common, I've decided to take the point and even show you a couple of my muscles favorite building drinks.

First and foremost, I understand that muscle building drink is just an alternative for food. They do not have any magical properties, which are equivalent to the nutritional grab the chicken breasts and place in a blender. While it should taste your protein drink a lot better than chicken mixed, the delivery is essentially the same thing. 


Now, let's look to provide the best muscle building drinks there. What do you want to put in this will depend on what you personally like and what are drinking in order, and I know that last statement will be a surprise to many of you. But the nutritional composition to drink your protein should be depends on what you drink. Let me explain. 


If you are on the verge of a workout, you want your shake full of protein and slow releasing crabs, so you have the energy to exercise in your abilities max. 


However, if you want to have a shake after your training session, you will still want plenty of protein, but you will need the speed of energy release carbohydrates, so you can repair your muscles, as soon as possible. Meaning? 


Do not worry if you do not, it’s just agreed to it at the present time. Now, my favorite type of shake is very straight forward. Get 1 scoop of protein powder "optimal nutrition", and add it to 150 ml skim milk. Mix them together in a blender and the bottom of the slot. Simple and delicious and very nutritious


If you want to convert to shake before the workout, and I would like to add some oats
It may seem a bit strange, but simply carried oats and protein powder to go hand in hand and will help give you the fuel proper exercise. If you want to run this building drinking in syrup workout and muscle function, I would recommend adding some carbohydrates Guy is high, such as dextrose.


You can pick up this almost anywhere, but just a fancy name for sugar. Another thing to consider with drinks muscle building, it is not science. Good foods put whatever you want in this. Berries another big element to add


Just use your head a little bit and try out some exciting ways, tasty and nutritious to spice up your muscle building drinks.
